Code Inspection Does not Recognize Built in Functions, etc.

Just updated to the latest version of PHPStorm. Now PHPStorm is showing errors that built in functions and classes like array_filter() and Exception are not defined, same with parent class methods, included helper functions, etc. Is there a new setting or something I need toggle? Working fine prior to update.

Any help is appreciated!
