It's possible to turn on/off Power Save mode for the whole project.
It's possible to turn on/off inspections per scope.
It's possible to turn on/off syntax analysis for single file (Hector dialog).
How to turn on/off synatx analysis per scope ? I am interested, e.g. to turn on/off syntax analysis for a module.

You can't turn off the syntax highlighting per scope, request is welcome at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA with the real world use case for this feature.
