Find file/File Structure popup window can't be moved manually

Hi,
I'm running Clion on Linux.
Whenever i try to open File Structure (ctrl-f12) or Find File (ctrl-shift-n) popup window, i can't manually drag the popup window to change its position on the screen so that next it opens it will open where i want it to be. When my mouse pointer get closer to such popup window, the popup window disappears.
Is there a way that i can stop the pop up window to automatically disappear?

Please try adding
-DactionSystem.xWindow.remove.focus.from.nonFocusable.popups=falsein Help | Edit Custom VM Options. Does it help?Unfortunately that didn't help. Anything else i could try? Thanks.
