Files not loaded into the project folder?

Yesterday I created a new project with already existing files on the server.

Unfortunately, some .php files were not loaded into the project folder.

It is said that they are not files - but not true.

What can I do to really load all files from the corresponding server into the project folder?

The files of the not loaded files were present in the project folder, but empty there.
