redisplaying upgrade screen or migrate settings manually to new version.

Hi,

I've upgraded my Intellij installation to the latest 2019.2 version with toolbox. I accidentally chose not to migrate settings from my older installation. So for the new version, it looks like I lost all my scratches and database connection. Can I force to redisplay the upgrade screen again or migrate at least the scratches manually? I can start the old version beside the new one and I can see all the settings in the old version.
