Ugly buttons on Linux mint

I am on Linux Mint 19 Mate. When I try to open a new project I see ugly buttons.
How can I fix this issue?

Hi,
PyCharm supports only Linux distribution with Gnome, KDE, or Unity.
It also should be running under JetBrains JDK 11 https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544879-Selecting-the-JDK-version-the-IDE-will-run-under
