Color Picker: How can i stop to insert the color name?

Is possible to stop the Color Picker to insert the color name like 'Gray'?
I want to be the hex code or rgb, or and option to chose what i want to insert.

What file type do you edit?
Is in WPF -> XAML Resource.
There is like <SolidColorBrush Color="#FFF"/>
