I want scope is saved when file search
for all jetbrains product.
ctrl + shift + n: file search
scope in file search doesn't saved feature.
always selected top item.
want to scopes move to top.
want to last searched scope is selected.
want to scope order is apply in file search.

Could you please tell more about the issue with some examples? I have just tried to play around if file search and scopes and can confirm that selected scope is preserved between searches.

What's your IDE version?
Scopes are remembered starting from 2019.3 version. They are remembered during a session (will be reset after restarting IDE/closing project).
