Postgres Console Commands

There seem to be some postgres specific commands such as _createuser_ or _createdb_ that are not available from the DataGrip console.
Does anyone have a compilation of wich commands that might concern or a workaround to get DataGrip to pass them to the potgres server anyway (who obviously does understand them...)

At the moment DataGrip only works with SQL commands only. Possibly, you can install Terminal plugin by JetBrains and work at least within DataGrip with console.
