Sync Settings menu item does not appear

New user here. I cannot find the related menu item for syncing settings (File->Sync Settings) in my current CLion install under Linux (2019.3.4). Also, I can't seem to locate the icon in the lower right corner of the window that also contains these settings. I am not running the deprecated plugin, nor do I have the Settings Repository plugin loaded. Is this not supported on Linux? Do I need to be running a different version?

Maybe it's related to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-191085. Feel free to comment the mentioned issue or create a new issue in the IntelliJ platform's tracker (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA) since it's a platform functionality.
I reinstalled the application using the Toolbox App and the menu item appears. Lets call it user error. :) Thanks.
