How to change the filename's color on rename popup
when "rename" a php file, the text color of file name in the popup is white while the background color is also white, and so it's invisible.

In fact, this color is taken from "Editor | Color Scheme | General > Text > Default text".
By the way, is there any chance that you are using the Material UI plugin?
It doesn't seem to be. It doesn't change this text color from there. BTW, I'm using Material UI plugin, and this is using Atom One Light.
It seems that the plugin is messing something up, without the plugin, the item suggested by Vasiliy changes the font color.
Please try switching between the themes offered by Material Theme UI, this particular one might be broken.
