PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Hi,

 

Hi,

I've set the openssl self-signed certificate and password access for jupyter notebook according to the instructions here.

But now when I want to open ipynb files and run them from within pycharm, I will meet the following error:

PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

How to solve this problem?

I'm facing the same problem with PyCharm and DataSpell too. My work is kind of stalled because of this, as my target Jupyter server is hosted in the cloud. Any quick help/workaround is much appreciated
