Maven .m2/settings.xml seems to be ignored

Hello, i have a private nexus maven instance with dependencies on it, and i want to load from my settings.xml file, like it does and works on Eclipse. I did the modifications to be sure in the settings of IntelliJ to be sure, and i'm sure i do point on the good settings.xml with my settings, but i still can't get my dependencies to be fetched.

Any ideas ?
