Jetbrains softwares not working after performing uninstall with IObit Uninstaller

I've uninstalled some Jetbrains software using IObit Uninstaller, now I can't reinstall them nor open the ones I have installed.
I have to use this suite of products for some reason. How can I solve this problem?

It works using terminal. But I can't start it always with terminal. What can I do?
Well, I don't know what happened but they start working again with no problem at all. Thank you
