As for this project(《Chinese (Simplified) Language Pack EAP》), why don't you set up a project on GitHub to let Chinese participate in the translation, so the progress is not very fast. After all, we Chinese know our needs. If you have any information, please contact my email（1900919313@qq.com）.

Hi,
The bottleneck here is not about translation but about IDE itself. For now, code of platform and plugins is not ready to fulfill all translators' requirements, some of the strings are still hardcoded, and glossary is in progress.
So, currently, it is not time to make translation open-source.
