Buttons missing in navigation graph design view for Android projects in 2020.2

Hello,

After updating to the latest stable version 2020.2 I see many missing buttons in the navigation graph design view. See the image below, its missing buttons such as add destination, search, etc.

Here is an image which shows how it was for me before, when I was still using the previous version. I tried changing the theme to the default one without any luck.
