Debugger cannot recognize breakpoints in certain JAVA class files

I am using a remote debugger in Intellij IDE 2020.2 which connects very well to my application.

The problem is, the debugger cannot recognize the breakpoints set in certain JAVA class files, while it can pick up the breakpoints from another class present in the same directory as the former file.

Can someone pls. help if they were able to fix such issue?

PS: I tried rebuilding app and invalidating the IDEA cache several times.
