PyCharm and Windows 10 on ARM

Now that Windows 10 runs on devices based on the Qualcomm 8CX, does/will PyCharm support this platform?

I have been considering purchasing an ARM-based laptop, but suspect that I would have to RDP to an x86 PC running PyCharm in order to continue using PyCharm in that scenario.
