Same here. Don't really need that particular item, nor do I think it should be the first item that is selected by default. It replaces the 'import' menu item, which I need much more often...
Unfortunately there's currently no way to disable that intention. See related ticket: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-43781
We are discussing the issue with the developer and hopefully will provide a way to either reorder, or disable that intention.
