Up/Down Shortcut

Hello, I am using shortcut command : or command ' for moving up down when for example I have opened classes tree in scss file. (screenshot 1) It is working well.(Up/Bottom arrows are working here as well).

But if I start to type the name of the class for example, and there are several variants (screenshot 2) - I am not able to use command : or command ' to move up/down. Up/Bottom arrows are working in this case.
Is there a way to use command : or command ' for moving in this case?
