No more context menu (right click) in project view

Hello,
My problem is that the context menu (right click) has disapeared in the project view.
It's working fine in other views and in the editor window?
It worked fine before (last updated ?)
How can i restore it ?
Version : Ultimate 2020.2.3

In fact i had a problem with a plugin (sqlscout) looking at the logs . I removed it and now it's working fine. Thanks for your help.
