Manually select log format for Ideolog?

Is there a way to manually select the log format for the current log file?

My problem is that the log format is set to "unrecognized" when I empty the log file contents - i.e., after finishing a task, I truncate the whole log file, and ideology instantly jumps to "unrecognized format." Even after the file is populated with new log entries, the log format is not applied anymore.

I even deleted all log formats, except the one I want to use.

Note: This is not a problem with the Message Pattern, etc. Once I disable the format, save the settings, and enable it again, the format is correctly applied. My problem is only with the auto-detection after opening an (almost) empty log file that is populated after it's opened.

→ Can I somehow tell ideolog which log format I want to use for a file? Without hoping that the auto-detection will recognize the file.
