Make IntelliJ show all matching brackets

How do i make IntelliJ highlight all brackets? I don't care if the code has been commented-out, is in a language IntelliJ doesn't know or is in a string. I just want it to show the matching bracket (e.g. like emacs does).
I have tried a few plugins but all of them seem to only work with specific languages or the likes.

No universal solution for this out of the box I'm afraid.
You can try writing your own plugin or creating a new feature request for this on our issue tracker.
