Cannot upgrade PhpStorm 2019.1
Pressing the update button and after waiting for some time while it downloads the update file, i am getting a message like:
ConnectionError
Failed to prepare an update:
Cannot download '': Request failed with status code 403
Any idea?
System: Ubuntu 16.04

There is a huge gap between 2019.1 and the current 2020.3.2, so I would definitely recommend to install PhpStorm 2020.3.2 anew and import your settings on a first launch. Also, I would suggest installing the JetBrains Toolbox utility first to maintain & launch your JetBrains IDE's installations:
