Project from Version Control and Get from Version Control Missing

There is supposed to be Project from Version Control under Project from Existing Sources in File > New, but it is missing
There is supposed to be Get from Version Control under Open or Import on the welcome screen, but it is also missing.
How do I get them back?

Try updating IDE to the latest version (2020.3.3)
Enabling Git solved the problem! Thank you. I have no idea why it was disabled.
