I need to know some component in intellij idea and why it seems like

Can any one explain me why there is a red cross on android icon next to the run button. When I install npm module for a while it invisible but after few time again it seems like red cross on android icon. I'm beginner for programming and intellij. So please help me to get rid of these kind of matters.
