Validation box at top right of file tab obscures text

I'm not seeing how to move or disable this, but the box at the top right (that shows the green checkmark with the number 1) is obscuring text there, and it takes several clicks to remove it.

I don't care what "error" is showing there, the issue is that its obscuring text, and I can't scroll any further right or up to see the text, I have to click things in the box to see the text.

Is there some way to put this in its own section, or panel, or something?

I don't want to disable validations, and I don't mind pop-ups if they're not obscuring text when I need to see or click on the text or whatever that they're obscuring.
