IntelliJ doesn't open unless opened from JetBrains Toolbox

Hello,
I'm running macOS on Apple Silicon M1
IntelliJ asks for enabling rosetta whenever i open it from the launchpad.
It works fine when I open from the toolbox.
Why is this?

Is the same IDE version is started from ToolBox and launchpad?
Yes I only have one version Installed 2021.1.2
Wow brilliant you were right. The shortcut from launchpad is showing a different location.
Why is this happening?
Is the the only IDE version mentioned in ToolBox? Looks like launchpad has a shortcut for previous IDE version while ToolBox launches the latest one.
