I want to create a plugin that store Code snippets just like a Code Dictionary the plugin should have own GUI in which user can give input according to desired required snippets...
For Example:
User says/type "I need a button" in input field so the plugin should create a button XML code for them instantly
So plz guide me is it possible? if yes then how can I do that guide me the steps

There are plenty of Code Snippets providing plugins already in the Marketplace you could review and check their implementation as soon as they provide their sources.
