Only one Quickfix/Resolution shows up on running Custom Inspection

I am running a custom inspection on my project. Also, I have a local inspection which I use to run this custom inspection on the entire project. But the problem is that when the inspection results show up, only one quickfix is available in the panel of inspection results. When the local inspection tool runs on files separately, it shows the 3 quickfixes that are provided as expected. What do I need to add to the custom inspection so that all quickfixes show up on clicking on the problem that comes up in inspection results ?
