I'm trying to reapply for the Student Pack because I missed the reminder email. However, when I fill out the reapplication form, it sends me a link to verify my email address.
The problem is that my email has already been verified. When I click the verification link, I get a message saying that my email is already verified and that I should complete the reapplication form again. When I do that, I'm sent back to the same email verification step, creating an endless loop.

limited capacity to support complimentary subscriptions. We appreciate your patience. We got to know about this problem and started working on it. Unfortunately, we cannot say for sure how much time it will take to fix this issue. Please repeat your attempts to apply for a renewal with GitHub option or try other options such as 'University email address' or ISIC card via your JetBrains account. The application process is fully automated, and unfortunately, we are unable to grant manual or temporary licenses outside of this process.

This sounds like a system bug rather than something you're doing wrong. Try the reapplication process in a different browser or private window, but if the loop continues, contact Student Pack support. Let them know your email is already verified and that the reapplication form keeps sending you back to the verification step. A screenshot of the error may help them resolve it more quickly.
