Review/remove attachmantes before making an AI question

In the AI chat, I was recently using the feature to view and remove attachments that were dynamically/automatically added to my prompt based on what I was writing, selecting, which file was open or I opened while writing the prompt.

I want to manually review these attachments because of data or code protection purposes, or the attachments were irrelevant (sometimes completely irrelevant), or I wanted a more generic answer without the context, and saving the quota on the way.

However, after a recent new clean install of PhpStorm, I don't get to see the attachments before sending the prompt anymore. I see them only after the fact, and cannot change what gets sent to AI.

Is this a new behaviour, or am I missing some option after the reinstall, which I had set previously?
