If you are the student of this school, please enroll to GitHub Student Developer Program at https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application. After being verified as a student with GitHub, please wait for 72 hours until all benefits become available and then apply for JetBrains educational subscription with your GitHub account (GitHub tab) at https://www.jetbrains.com/academy/student-pack/#students
Alternatively, you can apply for an ISIC card at https://www.isic.org/ validate it and apply with the option ISIC card via your JetBrains account. In the meantime, please use trial versions of the IDEs you need.
You can be verified as a student on GitHub and ISIC websites providing your official documents without getting your student email address.

You could try contacting support directly. If @edu.xunta.gal accounts aren't accepted, they can tell you which alternative ID or email is valid.
I already contacted them a few days ago. Xunta email incident number: 1525442. The teachers have accounts, but the students don't. I will keep trying. Thank you.

You are right, and the majority of educational subscriptions were issued for teachers, however, I checked our records and found out that the last student subscription with this student email address with this domain @edu.xunta.gal was issued with the option 'University email address' in May 2026. I recommend you to check the possibility to get your personal student email address with the admin of your University. Otherwise, please apply with the options GitHub or ISIC card.
