PhpStormHome directory
I’ve set the default project directory in System Settings to, let's say, `/Users/macuser/Projects`. However, every time I start PhpStorm, it creates a `PhpStormHome` folder inside that directory. Even after I delete the folder, PhpStorm keeps creating that folder.

This is an expected behaviour, IDE creates this directory for the newly introduced Home window that replaces the Welcome screen now.
