Structure and Favorites both visible at the same time

I have Structure and Favorites dock pinned under the project. I can only see one at a time. ie if Structure is visible and I click Favorites, then Favorites _replaces_ the Structure view and vice versa. How can i have both visible at the same time?

Hi, PyCharm allows to have maximum two panels in a column or in a row. But you can re-arrange windows to bottom or right side. Here's an example with Project, Structure and Favorites visible at once:
