Glitches when trying conditional breakpoint

After the last update (2021.2.1) i can't put conditiional breakpoint because this glitch.
Open other wrong popup with glitch.
My OS: Arch Linux / Plasma.

Please try to temporarly disable all third-party plugins. If the problem remains please provide the IDE logs after restarting and reproducing the problem. (Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data)
