Auto Upload Not Working

I have my deployment configured, and everything can be uploaded to/downloaded from the remote server when I do it directly. However, after setting 'Upload changed files automatically to the default server - Always', the file is never uploaded. The File Transfer displays no attempts to upload.

Rubber Ducky type of situation, I've immediately noticed my issue after explaining it. For anyone facing similar issues in the future, in order to upload to a default server you must have your server set as default.
