1) Please see if resetting the Main Menu will helpg: "Settings (Preferences on macOS) | Appearance & Behavior | Menus and Toolbars". Restart the IDE after resetting.
2) Try disabling all 3rd party (not bundled by default) plugins, restart IDE and see if there will be any changes.
