Git Log - keeps switching to "Branch: HEAD"

I go to Git tool window and select "Branch: All" - I want it to be selected by default every-time:

Then I close Git window, do something e.g. select different file, open Git Log again and now it switches to "Branch: HEAD":

This started to happen like week ago, updated to latest version, still same issue.

I remember I had this issue few months ago, but it later magically disappeared and "Branch: All" was on by default every-time I open Git Log (this is what I want).
