Datagrip not opening on Mac (no changes)

I haven't made any changes to my datagrip setup but it is not opening now. I click the icon, it bounces once and then nothing. Not even showing up in running applications (if i open "Force Close" menu). Any assistance as soon as possible very much appreciated. If there's some kind of hard reset I can do that would be best
