[Ubuntu] Unable to open most recent project if it is at the same 'y' height as the top system tray
In IntellIJ, on Ubuntu 20.04, a recent project cannot be opened when its vertical position is the same as the top navigation bar (GNOME),

Of course, I'm using NVIDIA driver version 470.86, with an RTX 2080Ti. No iGPU drivers are installed.
