I have a question about setting up an open project.

I was using Intellij version 2020.1.4 until recently.
And I'm using the new version 2021.3.2 installed today.

I often open multiple projects depending on the situation.
A When working on a project in full screen,
When project B is opened, in 2020.1.4 it will be opened as a new window, but in 2021.3.2 it will be opened like a new tab.
This makes me very uncomfortable.
Is there any way to solve it?
