Suggestion - UI Docking option: Middle

I have a 21:9 aspect ratio monitor (becoming popular with power-users) and I would like to be able to utilize that extra horizontal screen real estate and have 3 UI panels along the bottom. Right now I'm limited to just RIGHT and LEFT (2). Would be nice to have RIGHT, MIDDLE, LEFT. I've enjoyed this feature in the NetBeans IDE.

In the meantime, did you try `Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance | Widescreen tool window layout` setting? You may find it useful for your system.
