Can I set tab and s-tab as the key to select among the code suggestions instead of up and down key?
I wanna use tab key and shift-tab to select the suggestions instead of up arrow and down arrow keys, is there a way?

You can try to override shortcuts for Up and Down actions under Settings/Preferences | Keymap.
