Where is the event log ?

I'm having trouble locating the Event Log on Idea Ultimate.

A colleague tells me it should be found under View/Tool Windows/Event Log.

However, I don't see it there.    

My copy of idea is a recent download,

perhaps the Event Log has been moved/removed/renamed ?
