Optimize imports by external and internal packages

Hello,

I would like to optimize packages in order of external and internal. The extenal must be above and the internal below. Is it possible in JetBrains products?

Please check "Import Layout" section in "Settings/Preferences | Editor | Code Style | Java - Imports"
