IntelliJ idea not showing changes when I make to my java, angular project with Tomcat as server.

I am running a project with java as backend, angular as frontend and Tomcat as server. When I run my tomcat server I am not seeing the changes I make to my project. Even when I change a simple h1, it is not getting shown in the browser after running the project. It was working fine a few days ago.
