New Intellij 2022.3 UI: Navigation buttons on Mac

Hi,
Can anyone enlighten me as to where the Navigation buttons have gone in the new UI?
They are in the options, but I can't see the toolbar and there's no option to enable it any more?
The option is in the dropdown, but these buttons are very important to navigating through the code for me, and they don't appear to exist any more?
Is it hidden somewhere I'm not seeing, or is this an oversight?

Not having these buttons easily accessible, is the only thing keeping me from using the new UI.
