Right place to download Pycharm EAP
I want to download the latest version of Pycharm EAP. I found two links s which both updated recently but the version of the software they offer are different. For example, one has 2022.3.2 RC (build 223.8617.8, January 11, 2023), and the other one 2023.1 EAP (build 231.6471.3). So, what are the differences between them?

2022.3.2 RC is a preview of the minor update (released at the moment)
2023.1 is a preview of the next major update.
Minor updates typically fix bugs, while major updates introduce new features (and fix bugs as well).
