Goland doesn't see installed Node.js package manager (npm)

Dear Sirs,
I've installed Node.js on my Windows and npm was added to PATH env (it can be accessed via cmd). But GoLand cannot see neiher package manager (npm) and also node intepreter (see attached screenshot).
Could you tell me please how to fix it?

Does the issue persist after the IDE restart/machine re-booting?
